Regular cleans
- We talk to you about your needs and any special issues you have; then match a cleaner to you.
- The items cleaned during a ‘Full Clean’ are shown on the Full Clean checklist. We recognize that your budget may not run to a full clean of your home, so we tailor cleaning to match your priorities and budget.
- We will not reduce the quality of the clean provided; so you may need to prioritise the work you want done.
- A principal of the business will visit with your cleaner on their orientation visit.
- We ask that you provide all the equipment and materials; we will review these during the orientation visit to ensure that the cleaner has available what they need to do a high quality job.
- The same cleaner will come each visit. It is our policy that if you have not met your cleaner that person should not be in your home.
- We contact you after the cleaner has had time to settle into their work in your home, then we keep in contact with you regularly to make sure you are getting the service you need.
- We provide fill-in and replacement cleaners should you need them.
Before the orientation visit please ensure that you have decided how the cleaner is to access your home. If you are going to provide a key please test it to make sure it works. If you have an alarm system please check if it has the capacity to have a cleaners or visitors code. If it does please ensure you know how to set the code before the orientation visit.
